Disability accommodations

Do you know your rights? The Student Engagement and Culture staff are available to help students navigate the law school journey, including assisting students with disabilities in getting the resources and support needed to be successful in law school.

The office provides support for:

  • ADHD
  • Psychological disorders
  • Psychiatric disorders
  • Visual and hearing impairments
  • Learning and cognitive disabilities
  • Physical disabilities and health impairments
  • Temporary disabilities (e.g., those because of injury or accident)

The support available is your right  not an excuse or "special treatment." The process is confidential, and we work with you every step of the way. We can help you register with WSU Student Disability Services and give you information regarding the exam variance process.

Don't delay. The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can help you.

For assistance, contact lawsao@wayne.edu or (313) 577-3997. The office is located in Suite 1255 on the first floor of the Law School.
