Biography
A seasoned litigator with a long history of defending companies in a wide range of complex matters in courts across the United States, Shannon Phillips brings to Wayne Law deep knowledge in law’s operation. Most recently a partner at Bowman & Brooke, Phillips has honed her skills in all areas of business law—from insurance law to products liability, from consumer law to environmental litigation—with particular expertise in litigation strategy and procedure (including class action defense, multidistrict litigation and discovery/ediscovery coordination). With this rich set of experiences, she joins Wayne Law to teach principally in Wayne Law’s Legal Research and Writing program.
