Ortman and Epps wrote an op-ed based on the article, titled One Change that Could Make American Criminal Justice Fairer, for The Atlantic. -

Charles "Chip" Brower
was selected for inclusion in Who's Who Legal: Arbitration. For the 2019 edition, Brower is one of only 111 American-based lawyers and only seven U.S.-based academics selected for inclusion. He is also the only individual selected from Michigan.
