Biography
Charlesetta Brown brings over 35 years of extensive experience in human resources management and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Business Partner and HR Consultant at the American Red Cross, she has a proven track record in managing complex HR functions and driving strategic initiatives. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, professional development, labor relations, and diversity and inclusion.
Before joining Wayne Law, Charlesetta held various leadership roles at the American Red Cross, including National Human Resources Relationship Manager and Regional Human Resources Director. She is known for her strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and proficiency in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
Charlesetta holds a Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University and a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Spring Arbor College. She is also a trained facilitator in Inside/Out Coaching, True Colors, and Crucial Conversations.
