Tough Mudder Inc. Chief Creative Officer Alex Patterson to highlight non-traditional law careers in entrepreneurship at Wayne Law March 4

Alex Patterson, chief creative officer for Tough Mudder, a 10-12-mile race and obstacle course that challenges participants both physically and mentally, will speak March 4 about non-traditional career paths for law school graduates. The presentation, at 12:15 p.m. in room 2242 of Wayne Law’s Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights, is free and open to the public.
Patterson oversees Tough Mudder’s product innovation efforts and overall brand management, and will share advice with aspiring entrepreneurs. He previously was chief marketing officer and in-house counsel for Tough Mudder. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Patterson studied political science and economics at Harvard College and pursued a law degree at the University of Virginia. He went on to specialize in the federal tax code as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in midtown Manhattan.
