Dr. Sara Wharton, an assistant professor with the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, presented "The State of the International Criminal Court" on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at Wayne State University Law School. Wharton discussed the International Criminal Court, principles and rules of jurisdiction under which it operates, cases that have come before it in its first 15 years and the challenges and critiques it faces.
