What to expect:

Class of 2023 graduates will check in at the first station to get instructions and receive a checklist of requirements to complete.

Station 1

Law School Lobby

• Check-In: Student Affairs table - get information about requirements
• Receive a 'To Do' Checklist for One-Stop Day
• Complete the Bar Prep Survey, if you have not already (JD Only)
• Submit completed Checklist for chance to win prizes

Station 2

Damon J. Keith Center Lobby

• Professional headshot photos taken for 2023 Class Composite. Professional/Business attire.

Station 3

DJK Conference Room #1243

• A1 Fingerprinting, 11 am to 5 p.m. Fingerprints are needed for the Bar Exam.

Station 4

DJK Conference Room #1242

• Provide phonetic spelling and recording of your name to be read at Commencement.

Station 5

Barris Lounge Lower Level

• Order and purchase your regalia (cap and gown) from Barnes & Noble
  • The cost of Regalia is approximately $207 + tax
  • Credit Cards and Cash are accepted (no checks)
• Cords: do not order your own cords. If you are eligible for cords, they will be ordered for you and provided at Send-Off Day when you pick up your regalia.

Stations 6-12

Barris Lounge Lower Level

• Six vendors will be available to talk to you about Bar Exam Preparation.

Station 13

People and Locations: TBD

• Notary services are needed for bar documents. The notaries will be available during the lunch hour.
