Wayne Law celebrates Damon J. Keith scholars, alumni at reception

Keith scholarsDETROIT "" Wayne State University Law School honored first-year, upper-class and alumni Damon J. Keith scholars at a reception Thursday, Sept. 15. Many of the 41 past and current Keith scholars attended the event in the law school's Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights. Speaking at the event were Dean Jocelyn Benson; Keith, judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit who earned his master of laws degree from Wayne Keith scholars receptionLaw in 1956; and Professor Peter Hammer, director of the Keith Center.
