Jaffe Transactional Law Invitational

National Transactional Law Competition offering law students the opportunity to engage in a simulated mergers and acquisitions transaction, including drafting, revising, and negotiating transaction agreements. Student drafts and live negotiations will be judged by experienced M&A attorneys who provide constructive feedback and real-world insight. Student teams will be permitted to participate online (as necessary).
Problem release: January 15, 2021
Live negotiations: March 26, 2021
