    has been named vice chair of the board of the Detroit-based Mosaic Youth Theater, an award winning national model for arts education and youth development. She originally joined the Mosaic board in 2014. Nemeth also was one of 47 female attorneys selected for inclusion in an American Bar Association book entitled, “Grit, the Secret to Advancement: Stories of Successful Women Lawyers. Nemeth is founder of Nemeth Law PC, which in 2017 is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

  • Kathy Browne (1987)

    patent holder and multiple award-winning conservation educator, has been appointed chairperson of the Piety Hill Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution Conservation Committee. Browne and Dean Jabara, patent holder and longstanding waterfowl wildlife habitat conservation educator, will be adding a DAR hummingbird habitat project to their ongoing conservation and beautification work for the Plymouth, Michigan Downtown Development Authority in 2018.

  • Marquis Bradshaw (2012)

    won the 2016 San Francisco Black Film Festival for his independent documentary film, "The Blackboard," examining the issue of racial identity through the lens of skateboarding. His film has been featured in several publications including Ebony magazine and OkayPlayer. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

  • Mark Baker (1998)

    was appointed in June of 2016 to serve as an administrative law judge for the Social Security Administration in Richmond, Virginia. He also has continued his service in the U.S. Navy Reserves; he holds the rank of Commander and currently serves as the executive officer for a unit responsible for appeals from Navy and Marine Corps Courts-Martial. He earned his master’s degree from the Naval War College and his bachelor’s degree from Hope College.

    was quoted in an article in the Wall Street Journal in September 2017 entitled "A Shape-Shifting Car? Patent Filings Point to Auto Industry's Future." He was also named a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 for intellectual property. Beaubien, a managing shareholder at the IP law firm Reising Ethington PC in Troy, earned his bachelor’s degree from Kettering University.

She and patented inventor/pioneering conservationist Dean Jabara beautify and educate on conservation matters. Browne and Jabara are celebrating the twelfth year of partnership with the award-winning Plymouth Downtown Development Authority's Adopt-A-Planter program.
