Biography
Kristin C. Theut is a lecturer at Wayne State University Law School and a member of its legal writing program. Prior to joining Wayne State's faculty in 1999, Kristin Theut practiced law in the state of Michigan for over ten years, concentrating first in commercial litigation and later in non-litigation aspects of corporate law. She attended Wayne State University Law School, where she served as an editor of the law review. She teaches Legal Research and Writing and Advanced Legal Writing.
