Panel To Discuss Changing Perspectives Of The Legal Profession

DETROIT (Sept. 6, 2007) – Wayne State University Law School will host a panel discussion titled “Leadership Perspectives: Changing the Michigan Legal Community” from 12:15 – 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007 in the Spencer Partrich Auditorium.

The panel, led by moderator Assistant Professor Jocelyn Benson, will discuss the changing perspectives of the legal profession. Key areas to be covered include: before law school; during law school; entering the profession; changing focus during practice; and vision for the future.

Panelists include The Honorable Nancy Edmunds, ’76, Former Chair of the United States District Court, Marcy Wolfson, ’98, of Ford Motor Company, and Michael Pitt, ’74, of Pitt, Dowty, McGehee & Mirer, PC.
