Wayne Law's Program for International Legal Studies will host Dr. Sara Wharton, assistant professor, University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Wharton will discuss the International Criminal Court, principles and rules of jurisdiction under which it operates, cases that have come before it in its first 15 years and the challenges and critiques it faces. Lunch will be served.
