Assistant Professor of Law Noah Hall was quoted in an AP story and in articles written by environmental reporters for numerous newspapers throughout the Great Lakes region regarding a suggested compact to preserve the quality and quantity of water in the Great Lakes. A report co-authored by Hall and recent Wayne Law grad Bret Stuntz, '07, and published by the National Wildlife Federation, urges federal and state governments to get more serious about barring water diversions and preserving water quality. "The Great Lakes are facing the one-two punch of global warming and water diversion," Hall points out.
