About the Law Alumni Association
LAA Membership: Join or Renew
The Wayne State University Law Alumni Association is an independent organization of law alumni, and a sub-unit of the Wayne State University Alumni Association. Prominent and professionally active alumni serve on the Board of Directors and as officers who govern the association. Alumni participate in a number of events during each year, including professional meetings, receptions with the faculty, reunions, an annual student-alumni golf outing, and the Law Alumni Association's annual Law School gala, the Treasure of Detroit Gala. Alumni also provide special assistance in placement, moot court activities, community relations, adjunct teaching and fundraising.
