Stephen Carras, '05, (LL.M.) was appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court as chief judge of the 42nd Circuit Court (Midland), the 75th District Court, and the Midland County Probate Court for a term ending December 31, 2013. Carras is a 75th District Court judge. Carras previously served as chief judge pro tem of the Midland courts.
