On June 13, Bonnette co-presented a webinar regarding these changes. He also co-presented "Dealing with the Problem Employee" on May 18 at Nemeth Law's Raising the Bar, an educational series raising employer awareness of current issues in employment and labor law. He also co-presented "Litigation Developments and Trends: Gender Identity in the Workplace," for a large insurance group April 27 in Pittsburgh. Bonnette spoke May 4 at the Healthcare Association of Michigan Upper Peninsula Education Conference in Marquette; presentation subjects were "Hot Topics in Labor Law" and "The Employer vs. Employee in Social Media Policies." Bonnette is a partner at Nemeth Law PC. He earned his master's degree from Illinois State University and his bachelor's degree from Bradley University.
